Nice apartment T2 of about 40 sqm on the floor -2 in small residence (19 lots) located on the sunny side (expo south/ west), exceptional view. Located 1km from the centre, 1.8km from the PLENEY cable car. Shuttle stop in front of the residence only in winter.
The accommodation is composed of:
-An entrance with a sleeping area for child (bunk beds 80cmx190cm),
-Kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge), living room, television, bay window on the balcony (south/west facing),
-A bedroom (9m²) with a double bed (140x190cm), bay window, access to the balcony (south/west facing),
-A bathroom with washing machine.
Outdoor parking. Heated swimming pool in summer, close during the winter. Electric heating.
