Comfy beds but bring a swifter

While we enjoyed our very short stay, and the beds were comfy, the floors need a serious cleaning and be ready for sandy furniture. It happens at the beach so no biggie. Staff were all kind and helpful. Just don’t expect any early check ins so come prepared to park and change to go swim in bathrooms

Great location. The beach is the selling feature of this property. Our condo was clean upon check in. There’s a broom, but no dust pan. We swept sand into piles in each room. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The code to the door only worked some of the time. The door had no dead bolt.

Just ok but still some nice features

The lodging was just ok. The room is as described but the property ended up not being as clean as I had hoped. We were able to check in early which was awesome so we were thankful for that and were able to get settled in quicker. We ended up having issues with our room lock and I got locked in the room and had to wait for an hour for the maintenance guys to break into the room to let me out. They were very kind and worked as fast as they were able to. Once they fixed the lock, we didn't have any more issues with it after that. The sink leaked in the bathroom and we had to keep a towel underneath it the whole time to absorb the dripping water. We told the front desk at checkout so hopefully it will be fixed for the next person. The room just felt dirty. It needed a really good deep clean throughout. The kitchen was dated and worn and things were stained and beat up. The layout of the room was nice especially with kids. They could go to bed while my husband and I stayed up in the other room. The kids loved the indoor pool area. It made up for the room issues. The hot tub was enjoyable and the lazy river was a favorite. Getting the free DVD rental each night was also very nice. And the free tickets to local attractions was a huge money saver. It was nice seeing the sunrise on the ocean every morning. A beautiful view!
