Ivanka Basan tulajdonos hozzáállása - A Rezin 1 sz. alatti ingatlan kert kapuján 2* szállásminősítés, a "Villa San Giuseppe" lépcsőházi bejáratán 3* szerepel. Miért? Mi az ismertető alapján 4*-ra számítottunk. A tengerpart távolsága légvonalban lehetett 300 m körül, a számunkra elérhető fürdőhelyek távolsága 1-ill. 3 km-nek felelt meg. Az átverés nem a tulajdonos hibája,

Kostengünstiges, sauberes Logis als Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Sternfahrten

Das Appartement ist für eine Gruppe von 3-5(6) Personen eine recht kostengünstige, saubere Unterkunft, von der man Tagesausflüge quer durch Istrien starten kann. Gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. - So wie ein erheblicher Teil von Lovran könnte auch dieses Haus eine bauliche Sanierung vertragen.
