Located in the Riante Colline area, 8 minutes on foot from the centre, on the -1 floor of a building, a lovely 3-room apartment for 4 people, approximately 45m2. Outdoor heated swimming pool in summer and tennis court

- An entrance with large wardrobes, a bathroom and WC
- A living room/lounge, TV, all overlooking a West-facing balcony.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven).
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) with storage, access to the balcony
- A second cabin bedroom with bunk beds.
Comfort elements: A washing machine, WI-FI, a ski locker, a reserved outdoor space.
End of stay cleaning and household linen at an additional cost
