Très mauvaises surprises

Annonce et description non conforme! Communication médiocre. Consignes pour récupérer le logement 5 min avant l arrivée avec comme surprises: 3 étages, interdiction d utiliser machine à laver et sèche linge. Au 1 er abords logement sympa mais faut pas regarder la suite : sale, électricité pas aux normes, papier peint arraché, chaise cassée, poignéede porte cassée, beaucoup de défauts.... Le mieux: un clou dépassait d une porte et notre fils s est blessé ! Et les propriétaires n'en avaient rien à faire ! Première fois où on a une location pareille ! Et Abritel ne fait pas grand chose dans ces cas là malgré les signalements. Cela ne valait pas le tarif du tout !
