Herrliche Bucht und sehr schöne Wohnung

Alles drin was man so braucht. Sehr sauber und neuer Zustand. Bester Ausblick auf die wunderschöne Bucht. Die Zufahrt auf die letzten 100 m sehr steil.

Tout était Parfait!

La situation de l’appartement, son équipement, sa propreté et l’accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, tout était absolument parfait. Petite plage réservée avec lits et parasols, vue exceptionnelle, couchers de soleil à tomber. Idéal également pour visiter Split, Trogir et Sibenik

Kouzelné místo pro odpočinkovou dovolenou

Po krátkém bloudění mezi místy Razanj a Kalebova Luka nás čekal moderní čisťoučký apartmán, pro čtyřčlennou rodinu se dvěma odrostlými dětmi úplně stačí. Voňavé povlečení a komínek ručníků i osušek jako bonus. Kuchyň vybavená téměř novým náčiním včetně kávovaru, varné konvice, toustovače. Výhled z terasy nás uchvátil na první pohled a západy slunce - nezapomenutelné...Přístup na pláž po strmějších schůdcích a z kopce, ale to jsme věděli, na druhou stranu je to opravdu velmi blízko k moři. Přivezli jsme si slunečník, nicméně na vybetonovaném platu jsme měli k dispozici jak slunečník, tak dvě polohovací lehátka na apartmán. Na pláži soukromí, jen pár lidí z okolních apartmánů, žádná "hlava na hlavě", přestože byla plná sezóna. Přístup do vody je skutečně po kamenech, jak se píše v ostatních recenzích, ale pomalu to zvládnete i bez bot. Zkraje vysypáno pískem, pak už hluboká voda. Asi ideální je mít s sebou nafukovací člun, přes zátoku je možné dostat se na něm do blízké Rogoznice, do které byste autem museli jet asi 12 km. V blízkosti nádherný Trogir chráněný UNESCEM, v Rogoznici pro vyznavače adrenalinu tzv. "Zmajevo oko", tůň pro skokany do vody. Majitelé apartmánů velmi milí, všechno nám na začátku vysvětlili, dokonce pro nás připravili ryby na grilu. Kdo netouží po davech lidí, barech, kavárnách a přeplněných promenádách, je pro něj tohle místo jako stvořené. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Erholungsurlaub

Nach einer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Zufahrt zum Haus wurden wir mit einer modernen, absolut sauberen Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick belohnt. Die hauseigenen Bademöglichkeiten sind sehr nah und ordentlich. Die Wasserqualität ist ein Traum. Die Lage der insgesamt sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, es gibt keinerlei Belästigung durch die Küstenstraße. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste. Die Erholung war ein voller Erfolg so dass wir gerne wieder kommen werden.

L’unico voto possibile per questo appartamento è 10. Adiacente all’ingresso c’è un piccolo bagno con lavabo e WC.Ci sono anche gli asciugamani. Si prosegue verso un open space dove si trovano la cucina e un piccolo salottino. La cucina è molto spaziosa con tutto ciò che serve : la lavastoviglie, la tostiera, la macchina per il caffè, un set di pentole, tovaglie , strofinacci e spugne. Nel salottino ci sono due divani e la televisione con il satellite. L’arredamento e nuovo e decisamente di buon gusto. Cucina e salotto si affacciano in una splendida e ampia terrazza dove c’è un tavolo per 6 persone. Sempre nella terrazza c’è il caminetto dove è possibile fare il barbeque. La vista mare è mozzafiato. Sia di giorno che di notte. Mai visto un cielo così stellato e quante stelle cadenti!!!!! Poi si passa al reparto notte. Ci sono 3 camere da letto (due matrimoniali e una singola) e un bagno con doccia (nessun problema con l’acqua sempre disponibile e sempre calda). Le camere non sono molto grandi ma comunque c’è tutto lo spazio necessario. Molto comodi anche i letti. L’arredamento è molto curato e anche i colori utilizzati per la biancheria sono molto belli. Per arrivare alla spiaggia (privata) si devono scendere degli scalini e poi fare una piccola discesa. Qui i proprietari hanno messo a disposizione degli ombrelloni e delle sdraie. A volte puoi capitare di essere completamente soli. Per arrivare all’appartamento si deve percorrere una strada bianca molto stretta e la casa è una delle ultime della strada. Quindi niente traffico. Il supermercato più vicino è ha pochi chilometri, mentre la cittadina di Rogoznica si trova a circa 10 km. Ogni giorno comunque per chi non volesse prendere la macchina arriva il furgone del pane e ogni due giorni quello della verdura. La proprietaria è veramente disponibile e cordiale. Siamo stati coccolati per tutto il soggiorno con dolci e molto altro.
