Chalet Panoramique - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

We propose you to rent, on the commune of Flumet, this charming flat of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse dating from 1870, it consists of a pretty 70 m² living room (with wood stove), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m². Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 70 m² with a TV lounge, sofa, wood stove (wood supplied on request) and a dining area,
- A separate kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette machine.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140*190)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and a single bed (90*190)
- A bathroom with WC
- A separate WC

Outside :
- Two wooden terraces facing east and south with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the view on the mountains, the Mont-Blanc.
- A garden of 500 m² not closed

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment, within the Espace Diamant ski area.
You will find the Seigneurs ski lift at 500m or the Evettes chairlift at about 2kms.
The ski slopes are accessible with parking facilities 3 minutes away by car.
You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area Diamant with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
Or the ski areas of Praz sur Arly and Megève.

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.

Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park under cover (one car) and possibility to park a second one in front of it.

By TGV to Albertville (bus transfer in 40 minutes) from Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Lille
By plane, the airports :
- Geneva - Cointrin at 90 Km
- Lyon St Exupéry at 160 Km
- Chambéry-Aix les Bains at 90 km

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
