A real little corner of paradise for this apartment benefiting from a very pretty view of the village and the mountain, calm and relaxing, with a wooden terrace where it is good to live sheltered from the wind and from prying eyes. The living space (wooden parquet, slate) is very warm and offers great fluidity between the dining area, the perfectly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), the living room with television (very comfortable sofa, the office space/rest area (with 2 90 pull-out beds) and the closed couple's bedroom (access to the bed by a wooden step).
An entrance corridor leads to the bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and washing machine) - Separate toilet.
The apartment is located on the slightly raised ground floor of the Roche Plane residence which overlooks the village, on the south-west slope. Family welcome entrance, unpacking room, shoe locker, ski locker in the garage.
You are 5 minutes walk from shops and services. And in winter, the free ski bus stop is 80 m away.
You can park your car in a private car park and also benefit from 1 outdoor parking space. Underfloor heating.
NOTE:
Tourist tax in addition according to the scale in force. Possibility of renting sheets and household linen. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be requested upon arrival.
