Guests will occupy the entire three level spacious, clean and updated home. There are two family rooms, kitchen, dining room. and bathroom on main level. The 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. The open steps to the basement leads to two rooms. One with a washer & dryer plus a table etc., and a room with a single bed, futon couch. Games & toys are there, in the closet. Home Is fully furnished and well stocked with necessities.! The 2 car garage is a game room, with pool table, foosball, etc. This large home is on a quiet, corner lot in a safe neighborhood. There is plenty of on -site parking, and property is across the street from a school kid's playground, with plenty of toys to play on, basketball hoop, etc.

My husband & I have lived in Omaha all our life. We got into the rental house business several years ago, and just recently turned this property instead, into a fully furnished, short term rental property. We take pride in insuring this property is clean, safe , updated, and in good working condition.

Why they chose this property

Location is southwest Omaha, within the Millard school district. Guests will feel safe lodging in this Millard suburb neighborhood, and enjoy exploring this side of town. The two closest access exits to interstate I -80 are just up the road. One is the Hwy 50 (144th street ) exit, and one is the Harrison St. exit. Chalco Hills park/ lake is just down the road.

What makes this property unique

This corner lot has no neighbors across the street. There is just a big field with a school and playgrounds. A walk out patio is out the back door. Plenty of on site parking on the oversized driveway. Very spacious inside with 2 family rooms, plus a basement game room.
