Wake up in the morning to the sun shining across the gulf. Perfect 7th floor view of the beach. Twin Palms also features an outdoor pool and hot tub and you can also enjoy an inside sauna, steam room and hot tub. Twin Palms is close to shops and the water park, and a short drive to Pier Park. Your family will love it!

The Two bedrooms/two bath codo was beautiful and so clean! We absolutely loved the balcony that had a table, 4 chairs and two lounge chairs. The view was absolutely amazing! Andy was great with communication and even called to see how our stay was going! The property was completely secure and very clean! You should book with Andy for your next beach vacation!

Great condo

This condo was perfect! Everything was decorated so cute and very clean. I LOVE how the owner was very easy to communicate with. If we needed anything I was able to reach him on his cell. The condo is on the 7th floor which my family loved because we don’t like being super high. The owner even called and said the condo was cleaned and ready early so if we wanted to go ahead and check in before 4pm we were able too. GREAT condo!!!! We will stay here again!

It was a great stay. This Condo isn’t in the busiest section so coming and going was easy. Rooms was spacious. Owner communicated well answering all my questions quickly.

Excellent Summer Vacation

The condo and surrounding area is awesome. The host Mr. Andy Steele who owns Twin Palms 701is great. He helped us find another condo in the Twin Palms Resort for our family who was traveling with us and we recommend to anyone visiting Panama City Beach stay at here.
