The host was easy to communicate with and made all the details about our trip very clear and easy to understand. It was my first time using VRBO as the person booking, and she made the process smooth! The house is lovely and spacious, it was clean and ready for us. I will definitely consider renting it again if we’re back in Orlando in the near future.

This property worked great for our party of 8 adults- with 2 needing ground floor handicapped accessible room. Not the newest of houses but plenty of space to spread out and lots of bathrooms. The game room in photos is actually the garage- not air conditioned - so not usable in heat of summer IMO. The upstairs stays a few degrees warmer than I prefer, but we used the box fans that were in the closets - probably for that reason. If you will be there for more than a couple of days, make sure to bring extra TP, paper towels and trash bags. One roll/one bag provided. Host is very responsive. She had a brand new dryer installed the day after I messaged her that we had a problem. With school in session and normal work day travel issues, you can expect from 30 minutes to an hour to get to the Disney and Universal parks. Overall, if we brought a big group like this, we would stay here again.

The host was very responsive and the pool was nice. The property needs updated and cleaned. A lot of the high touch surfaces need attention. One of the upstairs bothrooms needs major TLC as the floor is week and the tile is all cracked. My friend rented a house a couple houses down from me for 2 extra days that was newly updated and paid less.

Nice neighborhood, relaxing vacation!!!

House was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool after being out sightseeing and going to amusement parks all day. We definitely recommend getting the pool heated during the winter months!

The perfect place

This was amazing. We had everything we needed. We really utilized the house. We didn’t go out much because we loved the pool and game room. Easy check in and check out not much to do. Easy to contact the owners. We would definitely stay here again

Quiet and sizable place

The house met all our needs. It was big enough for the 11 of us who stayed there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was very quiet and grocery stores were close by. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. It was nice coming back to after a long day at the parks.

Family together, Mom Dad, 2 sons, their wives, 4 grandchildren !

This home is perfect for a big family get together. Master with ensuite main floor & the children and grandkids upstairs all with their own room was perfect. Many screens for entertainment, and a double garage with a pool table and table tennis. Kids & parents had fun. The pool in the lanai was a huge hit with the everyone. The proximity to most attractions was great. All in all, a great time for everyone ♡

Comfortable and convenient

Home is comfortable and conveniently located. As usual traffic may be heavier to/from depending on the time of day. Heated pool/spa and gated community was a hit for us. There was a HVAC issue during our stay but communication with Michelle (the property management team) was great and the situation was resolved swiftly. Our flight was also cancelled on departure day and fortunately Michelle was able to accommodate another day for us. Quiet and safe neighborhood!

family golf and wedding trip

we had a great time at this property, everything was as shown in the pictures. We had an all adult group from 23-84. with the down stairs bedroom it was great for grandma and grandpa. very hard to find one like this. very clean, pool and hot tub great. Golf courses within 10 minutes. Disney about 20-25 depending on traffic. Will be back

Family Stay for Volleyball Tournament

We had an extended stay as a large family and traveled to the Orange County Convention Center for a volleyball tournament. The drive to the CC was manageable and traffic wasn't too bad. The location of the home was convenient when traveling to the grocery store. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the privacy and ease of having our own private pool. We did use the clubhouse/community pool one of the days we were there and the gradual depth was nice for the young toddler. The home was large and had many bathrooms which was very accommodating to our large group. We would stay in this home again.
