It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops.
