Sainte Luce

Location à éviter, logement très sale, pas de vitre aux fenêtres, aucune vue de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, sous sol aménagé, Nous avons hésité à repartir dès notre arrivée, malheureusement le règlement était effectué.

Appartement proche à pied d'une jolie plage (moins de 15 minutes), mais éloigné des commerces. Accès pas évident avec une forte pente et peu de place pour manœuvrer et garer la voiture. Propreté globale pas satisfaisante (toiles d'araignées, nettoyage pas réalisé). Electroménager vétuste et réfrigérateur sale. En arrivant, machine à laver en panne (jamais réparée), télévision en panne remplacée après 6 jours, ventilateur hors service (pas remplacé, heureusement les 2 climatiseurs fonctionnaient parfaitement), 2 lampes de chevet avec ampoules grillées (remplacées 4 jours après notre arrivée, en même temps que le balais et la pelle que nous avions signalés hors d'usage). Salles de bains à rénover, surtout les douches avec les rideaux mal fixés en mauvais état. A noter aussi que nous avons été dérangés par de la musique diffusée très fort pendant toute une nuit et un matin dès 5 heure !
