House on unenclosed land near the beach
Une maison de 3 chambres à l'étage avec terrasse vue mer, salle de bain et petit salon .
Au rdc, cuisine fermée avec ilot central, séjour et salon, terrasse vue jardin. Dans lotissement neuf et calme, idéal pour passer une semaine de vacances. Proche de la plage et à 1km 2 du centre ville.
Cette maison se loue en chambre pour randonneurs, sauf le mois d'aout lors de notre absence.
Au premier étage vous avez 3 chambres et une grande salle de bain, avec les wc, un lave linge. Celle-ci est à partager entre les 3 chambres.
Une mezzanine avec un petit coin repas qui vous permet de préparer votre petit dej en profitant de le déguster sur la terrasse face à la mer.
Cette mezzanine est équipée pour les randonneurs, donc un petit frigo/congel, un micro-ondes, un toaster , bouilloire et cafetière .
Dans une des chambres un lit parapluie, ou un lit pliant pour jeune enfant.
Une autre chambre a un lit double, et la 3e un lit double et lits cigognes. Au delà de 6 personnes (sauf enfants de moins de 3 ans) un supplément de 10€ pour le linge vous sera demandé.
