No sure what I could have done to earn the guest 5 star review. He stayed in the home for almost 2 months. I followed up to ensure everything was going well, asked if he needed anything and always replayed everything was good. We strive to ensure all guest have a great stay and we work diligently to earn all her guess five star reviews.

Very disappointed in this guest. She booked and paid for extra guest. Last minute her guest cancelled and against my better judgement I gave her a refund for the extra guest. Because she was by herself she decided to leave early and I helped her with that. Very desapoyó ting when I do everything the guest wanted and they they dice be a poor review. Because of guest like this other guest suffer because in the future I will be less inclined to help other guest when they cause themselves the problems. No once during her stay and all the communication. After she left did she say there was anything wrong with her stay.

When the guest booked my home they asked if I had parking for the boat. I replied by saying they could pro the boat in a uncovered parking space. The boat and trailer had to be parked in once space and they could not park diagonally or use note than one parking space. If the boat did not fit in one parking space the could park the boat on the street. I thought my reply was specific and a responsible guest would know if the boat would fit in one parking space or not so I will take responsibility for not asking how big the boat was. The guest showed up with a crew cad Dooley truck and a 40’ boat. The entire set up took up about 6 parking spaces. So yes, bring your water toys, we have parking for them. If they don’t fit in one parking space you can park on the street. So as you can imagine the guest was not happy so she felt the need to make up other things like drunk people, cars parked with no wheels, dirty home, wet towels. The house rules which the guest confirmed reading before arriving clearly say…report any damage or other issues when you arrive. All the problems started coming in once they found out they would not be able to park on the community parking lot. We have guest who come for bike week. They trailer their bike, park their trailer in one parking space. We have guest who come with boats and skidoos and park in one parking space. Is you choose to ignore the house rules, expect to try to have the rules bent in your favor please rent someone else’s home. All good reasonable guest are welcome. We want you to come, have a great stay and to come back another time. I will bend backward to do what I can to make sure you have a great stay within reason. This guest was not reasonable.
