This Flagship Rentals property is a fully furnished spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath lower-level suite on Colby Lake. It is the perfect place to call home, with plenty of great features. With a one-car garage included in the rate, you'll have plenty of space for your vehicle and belongings. The new kitchen is fully stocked with all the items necessary for cooking your meals, including new countertops and appliances. You'll also have access to en-suite laundry, large closets, a dining area, and two parking spaces on the parking pad. Located just 100 feet from Colby Lake, you can easily access a 3-mile walking path and an outdoor mini patio area. WiFi, linen, towels, a dedicated computer desk, utilities, and a large Smart TV are included.

*Separate Owners Suite is located on the upper level, with separate entry and no cross traffic. The owner reserves the right to use the Owner Suite 24/7/365.
