About this property

Are you ready to enjoy a quiet family beach resort on the North Carolina Coast? There is a lot to do in Sunset Beach which is ranked number 4 on the National Geographic's 21 Best Beaches in the World. You can visit the nearby towns of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Shallotte. Little River is just minutes away and Myrtle Beach is a thirty minute drive.

This vacation home is hidden in the Sea Trail Resort, which is only 1.5 miles from the beach. Sea Trail has three signature golf courses, (Rees Jones, Dan Maples, and Willard Byrd), there are several community pools; and there is one just across the street from our condo. As a renter, you will have access to this pool and the beautiful Pink Palace. The Village Activity Center requires an extra fee. There is a Tiki Bar and House's Place Restaurant is onsite. There is plenty of space to take a walk or ride a bike. If you enjoy ocean charter fishing or boat rentals, they are only a few miles away.

This condo is ready for your stay and to enjoy your vacation. It has been freshly painted throughout and has new luxury vinyl flooring. It is a 1,292 square foot unit with a main villa and a junior suite. It has two very spacious bedrooms with two queen size beds in each room. Each bedroom has a full bath and a bathtub. The junior suite has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven/broiler. The main villa has a full size kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living area. The main villa has a balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the golf course.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee. They must be approved in advance. Pets must be at least one year old and up to date on shots.

Nice to go back to Sea Trail. My parents used to live there. Condo was very clean and spacious. Angus Steakhouse has great food and generous portions. We will be back.

Wonderful Stay!!

The condo is decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We will be back definitely. The location is near Calabash and we had a wonderful seafood dinner and stopped by the next morning for a bagel too. The owners are so kind and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Trip!!

We had a few minor issues at first ,ore than likely due to the previous tenants. I contacted Lisa and everything was handled in a very timely manner. The condo was super clean and fit the bill for exactly what we needed. It helped too that the pool was just a couple 100 feet away!!
