Brick Tudor Vacation Rental House Close To Lake Michigan And Downtown

Beautifully remodeled tudor house, featuring a huge king master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom in the upper level. Other 3 queen bedrooms complete the sleeping quarters. Full bathroom in the main level between the queen bedrooms and another half bath in the basement will provide convenience to our guests. The house was conceived with an open concept between the super comfy and charming living area and the fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. For those beautiful summer afternoons we have a nicely decorated sunroom with double patio doors that give direct access to the driveway and 2 car garage. In the basement there is a TV room with premium sound system and table games, we also included a massage chair for your pleasure. A spacious and convenient laundry room completes this level of the house.

We enjoyed the location! Within a few minutes drive to everything and walking distance to the waterpark. Everything was clean and in order. The host communicated well. Cons were no TV in the living room or bedrooms (only one downstairs), VERY narrow stairs due to it being an older home, and the upstairs was much warmer than the main floor. Nothing that wasn’t manageable but just good to know things for booking!

Overall super clean and nice space. I chose this place for the few days leading up to my wedding so I stayed here with my bridesmaids. We all enjoyed the space and have no huge complaints. We did however see a BUNCH of centipedes which gave us a fright. But obviously not a deal breaker on this home!

If you’re sensitive to scents do not stay at this VRBO. Strong scent in living room from scent sticks. We were unable to air out rooms due to concerns of bugs getting in the house with window screens needing repair in multiple rooms. Parking in the driveway worked well for five adults. Bedrooms were spacious and nicely set up. We found bed mattresses to be soft. We notified host of need to fix shower in upstairs bathroom. Bugs were found in the basement.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback, Janice. We take guest concerns seriously and followed up on each item you raised. Immediately after checkout, our pest control company conducted a full inspection of the basement and found no evidence of bugs or any conducive conditions. We also personally tested both showers, running each at full pressure and documenting them with photos and video — no leaks or issues were found. We are taking needed steps to repair the one window screen that we found broken in the living room area. Regarding scent, we use a light air freshener between guest stays as part of our standard turnover cleaning and sanitation protocol, which most guests have found pleasant rather than overpowering — we're sorry it wasn't to your preference. We appreciate you letting us know about the mattress firmness, and we'll take that into account for future guests. We're glad the bedrooms, parking, and overall space worked well for your group, and we wish you safe travels ahead.

Great place to stay. We were here for a softball tournament and were close to the fields and to the lake. Nice and safe neighborhood from what we seen. Communication was great with the host and check in was easy. Would stay again!

Great place to stay

We came up for a Packers game. This had great low-key location with easy access to I-43 to get to GB. 5 minute drive to downtown Manitowoc, found very good places to have dinner. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fully recommend.

Manitowoc weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at this home over Memorial Day weekend. Great location to visit area museums, the beach and parks. Five adults and two children, spacious rooms everything we needed. Excellent communication with host. There was so many things to do in the area, museums were high quality.

Great house!

The pictures don’t lie - it’s a nice house and well stocked with kitchen equipment options, linens/pillows, and thoughtfully maintained for guests. Would recommend. We experienced a bit of spotty wi-fi but it wasn’t an issue for our group.

We are a family of 4 and stayed 5 nights. This is a wonderful home. It's roomy, clean, and had most everything we needed during our stay. The sun room was great for enjoying coffee and reading. It is within biking distance of the Mariners Trail which is a nice perk! If you have kids, there are several parks and school playgrounds nearby. The Internet works well. Having only one TV that is located in the basement may be a drawback for some. We would definitely stay again!

Great House

The house is just what you see in the pics. Very clean and well appointed. I would definitely rent this one again. Easy to get around the area and close to our extended family’s home. Very comfortable and the beds were comfy as well . Def a thumbs up 👍

Close to Everything

This house is close to everything. The house was clean and cozy with plenty of room for a large family. My wife and I stayed here and was very pleased with the layout and cozyness of the house. We didn’t use any of the appliances or cookware, but they have everything you need to make dinners and breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Thanks for a cozy place.
