Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Sometimes Pictures are deceiving.
VRBO had sent me an email day before arrival to contact Giancarlo for arrival. His response was that he usually only gives the day of. Then departure still never received any instructions on what needed to be done and nothing in the manual.
Coffee maker though unusable due to a crack on the left side of the plate is now an insurance claim. Didn’t use so why or who would have listened. The listing details unless for a couple is not accurate in how many people can stay there. Sleeps 7 with two small futon couches is not a sofa bed. Maybe two adults and 5 small children.
Other dogs had pooped in the small front yard as no back yard available. So wasn’t sure what was all our pet or someone else including a grey pitbull in the backyard. We also couldn’t get into the house until after 3:15 as the cleaners including a grumpy old guy who wouldn’t move for us to park. Check in was 3 pm.
If you stay here you have to use a key to move open an iron gate just be prepared. The place did smell great and we did try to make it easier on the cleaners by having all beds stripped, towels in a pile, and removing our trash.
