About this property

Twin Palms (BOTH Villas) is an ocean front duplex. Fully renovated in 2023 and updated in modern taste with an open floor plan, it boasts two well-equipped kitchens, comfortably furnished living & dining areas, and beachfront covered decks.

There is an ocean view from almost every window, and the covered porches off of the main floor offer a beautiful view of the ocean for sunrise and sunset. Perfect for sipping coffee, an adult beverage, or working remote.

The open floor plan creates a comfortable and inviting entertainment space to enjoy with your guests, and sleeps up to 26 in beds!

Renting both sides will give you access through the adjoining door between kitchens! Each side is a mirror image of the other. The six upstairs bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom.

Downstairs on the ground level, you have ample outdoor space for storing your beach gear, eating at the picnic table, or playing games.

This is a non-smoking vacation accommodation and motorcycles are not permitted.

Beach trip

Wonderful location for family beach trips. Located with beach front access and the walking path is right there. I would definitely recommend renting both sides if you have a large group.

Best beach house ever!

I came to the beach with my husband, another couple, and their 7 yr. old son. The house is so roomy and spacious so there is plenty of room to spread out! We played board games, spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the amazing view of the ocean, collected shells, and played in the ocean. We also enjoyed cooking in the large fully furnished kitchen. When you step outside you are literally steps from the ocean, there is a beach access right outside the door that takes you directly to the beach in less than a minute. The house is also very tastefully decorated with modern touches and lots of thoughtful details. We will definitely be visiting again next summer and plan on renting this house again!

Aug 2022 both sides family reunion

Lots of plates, cups, coffee stuff for large crowd. Nothing larger than dutch oven, round pizza pans and small brownie pan. Did include hand mixers which we don't often see. If you are doing big cooking bring stock pot/roaster/cake/lg cookie pans if needed. Cleaning does not appear to allow carry over, so expect no spices, condiments etc except salt/pepper. North side is in much better condition than South, owners are working on some issues there. A bit shabby but great views of ocean from deck and direct beach access from back yard. Nice quiet uncrowded beach.

Just Perfect!

We ended up with only 17 people after planning for 22-24, so we had plenty of room using both sides and had some empty beds. The two sides have a connecting door at their kitchens, so we could easily be wherever we wanted. (You can lock that if you are planning on just one side). We could not have asked for a better vacation home. Beach was never crowded (although it is public), balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. Owners were quick to respond when we had questions. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!!!

Fall Golf Trip

We had 8 guys and stayed in both villas. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, which was great. We ate our meals in the villa and had everything we needed. Good size room for all 8 to watch football and golf! The views from the porch are amazing and you can’t beat the location. Overall we were very pleased with the villas.

Our family has been vacationing in Cherry Grove Beach for years. We loved the area so much that we wanted to create a second home there and also share it with renters like you!

Why they chose this property

Twin Palms is located in in a quiet, family friendly area of Cherry Grove with easy access to wonderful local restaurants and activities. The beach is wide in this area and you're NEVER on top of another group. At times, there are fun tidal pools to play in during low tide.

What makes this property unique

Fully renovated in spring of 2023, the owners updated almost every surface for a brand new simple, modern flair. The bold blue exterior paint makes it easy to find on your walk back from the pier. Sunrise and sunset are our favorite times of day!
