Condo is is located on the 7th Green and just a few steps away to newly renovated heated pool. High speed WiFi internet, Cable, and Smart TV provide plenty of choices for entertainment.

Lovely condo on the 7th Lagos green. Clean and updated with anything you’d need. The work desk and monitor were great additions for the weeks I was working. Christopher is a very pleasant host and quickly answered questions and offered suggestions for golf and use of other amenities. Great place, great price!

Nice one bedroom property on the 7th green. Easy access in gated community, nice walking paths, short trips to grocery, gas, other services. We will book again when our dates are available.

Fun at the Desert Princess

We had a great time at the condo. Location is right on the green of the Lagos 7th hole. Lots of friendly folks to greet. we had a view of the mountains and a wonderful pool and hot tub right outside your door. Everyone staying around the condo was so friendly. A great location and lots of outdoor activities. Be sure to walk out on the "Wash" and do twilight golf.

Outstanding 1 BR condo with view of golf course and adjacent pool/hot tub. Corner unit. Convenient location. Appreciated the spare and tasteful furnishings. Owner was responsive to our questions and committed to providing a quality experience for us. We would definitely return in the future.

Needs king size bed. Could use two additional dinning chairs. Otherwise the unit was very comfortable and the location was outstanding. We did not enjoy the continual windy conditions however the price made it bearable.

This private 1-bedroom, 2-bath, 850sf condo includes a fully furnished kitchen, WiFi, cable, 2x Smart TV, Roku, Playstation 3, yoga mat, smash ball, BBQ grill, front Zen garden, back patio dining, and lounging with the view of the mountains, pool, and 7th hole green. (PLEASE NOTE: For the month of October the golf course is closed for overseeding.)

You'll enjoy the extra touch of comfort the condo offers with new designer furnishings and deep cleaning of the condo before every guest arrives. The Mountain View Grille Country Club is open and offers food delivery for Desert Prince's guests, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional fees and scheduling required for golf and tennis. Please inquire for more info before your booking. Complimentary use of tennis racquet set at request.
