Before entering the home's front door, you walk through the quintessential southern living front porch. The enclosed front porch extends the house with cozy upholstered furniture and a large TV. The sliding glass doors provide great walk-throughs helping to create an outdoor experience indoors. The shiplap walls throughout the downstairs living area create the perfect beach meets country atmosphere. The laundry area is tucked under the stairs for general access by anyone in the house.

The kitchen in this home is fully stocked with granite countertops and a stainless steel top island. The open living room, dining room, and kitchen floor plan create a welcoming area to entertain and relax. The kitchen appliances were upgraded in 2020 to include stainless steel appliances and a glass-top stove. The house is also equipped with a wine cooler in the kitchen and off the back porch, meaning you're never far from a cold drink. The dining room table can be expanded to seat up to ten, and the island can be expanded to seat three more.

The master bedroom is located on the bottom floor with a dedicated en suite. The master bedroom has a wonderful plush king bed and mounted TV for those days when you'd rather just stay a little longer. Wake up your senses with a hot shower or soak in the tub in the large master en suite. The windows in the bathroom give a taste of the beautiful sunshine as you prepare for your day.

The guest bedroom with a queen bed rounds out the bottom floor. This bedroom has access to the bottom floor guest bathroom from the room, while the rest of the house can access through the hallway. The upstairs of the house is where the final two bedrooms and kids' area are located. Once you walk up the stairs, you enter the landing where a triple twin bunk is located. The wall-mounted TV dedicated to this area means the kids can play games without disturbing the rest of the house. Next to it is the other King bedroom in the house. This brand new bed was put in in 2021. The back bedroom on the second floor is a queen bed and connects to the only bathroom upstairs. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo and can be accessed from the queen bedroom or the hallway.

Once you step out the back door, the outdoor living starts again. The backyard has a lovely green perfect for sitting to enjoy the evening. The outdoor dining area seats up to 6 with optional footstools for more seating around the backyard under the glow of bistro lights. The gas grill provides an extension of the kitchen so you can cook while enjoying the serene atmosphere created by this versatile space.

Sea La Vie provides the experience of calm country living on the beach. Located in the Blue Mountain area, it is surrounded by nature. From walking paths in the woods to the white sandy beach, you can experience it all within a short distance of this home. You can dine in or visit one of the many local restaurants located in Dune Allen and Blue Mountain. Shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a short drive up the road.
