Welcome to the Courtils gîte located in the heart of the Loire Valley, at the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles. 1h30 from Paris, 30 minutes from Orléans, 20 minutes from Saint-Benoit-sur-Loire, 20 minutes from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, 10 minutes from Germigny-des-Prés and its Carolingian Oratory , 3 minutes from Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips). On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the dining room and living room (wood stove NOT usable), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed with independent extra macerator toilet and hand basin; and a bedroom with 3 90 cm beds (2 90 cm beds that can be pushed together to make 1 180 cm bed).

You can enjoy the 200 m² garden with its garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue and outdoor games (petanque, badminton net, rackets, children's games, etc.). Three bicycles are also at your disposal at an additional cost.
A private parking space on the property and several public spaces in front of the gîte.

All-inclusive rate: it includes bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption. You have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
Animals are accepted with a supplement of €3 per animal per night.
