Beautiful modern home with open floorplan! 2150 square feet, Huge Wrap-Around deck on 1st floor and additional balcony on 2nd floor (other homes at North Beach just have a small patio with neighbors house right on top of them). Ours has one of the best views available! Also enjoy Caribbean-themed pool & swim-up pool bar!

Why they chose this property
This home has a huge wrap around deck which has a beautiful view of the water & natural preserve area across from our home. It is a great place to hang out and entertain. The upstairs bedrooms also have a balcony overlooking the same view.

What makes this property unique
The views from the deck area and location of our house is what makes it so relaxing. Most of the other homes at North Beach have a neighbor/house jammed right next to them. Our house has no other house behind us. Instead we have a great view.
