About this property

L'Annexe - Studio 2/4 pers - Private pool

In the heart of the Sands of Olonne, 1.2km from the Grande Plage (15 minutes on foot) and close to the Arago market.

This newly renovated studio is very pleasant, bright and well equipped.

A heated private swimming pool from 2 May to 15 September is at your disposal, with no overlooking neighbours and in a very quiet area (unheated from 20 April to 15 October).



Ideal studio for 2 people (possibility of being 4 maximum - 2 adults 2 children)

You will have a 140 sofa bed in the living room and a mezzanine with a 140 bed (only intended for children, access is not suitable for adults due to ceiling height)



Bed linen is provided (bath mats and tea towels as well), towels are not but can be hired from the concierge if needed.



Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Fully equipped and functional kitchen with refrigerator, small freezer, Senseo and cafetière coffee makers, kettle, microwave oven, induction hobs, toaster.

Television and wifi

Garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue

Private parking

Pets are accepted except cats (allergy issue)
