We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Inguiniel, this splendid forest longère with heated swimming pool, of a surface of 270 m ² and being able to accomodate to 12 travellers. It is composed of a large living room of 48 m² (with fireplace), equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a huge garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 48 m² cathedral-style living room with sofas, fireplace (wood supplied), TV,...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including a working fireplace, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker and Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (140×200) with private bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with private bathroom and bathtub
- 2 separate WCs
- 1 shower
- Under the stairs: 1 cleaning room with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
- Behind the kitchen: 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothes line, broom cupboard
First floor:
- A mezzanine office/library area overlooking the living room.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: two single beds, making a queen-size bed (160x190).
- Bedroom 6: two single beds (80x190).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, heated) of 11×3,30m and an electric shutter. It is open from May/June to September/October (depending on the weather).
- A very large garden of 32,767 m², partly planted with trees, not fenced.
- A terrace of 50 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days with barbecue and grill.
The house is ideally located in the commune of Inguiniel, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in a private lane. The house is surrounded by woods, ideal for walks and relaxation, and only the birdsong will keep you company. You will however be able to benefit from all the essential shops at about fifteen minutes.
Activities :
The commune of Inguiniel, green and hilly, separated from the North to the South by a good fifteen kilometres as the crow flies, offers to all walkers paths, undergrowth, forests, hamlets and villages, farms and passages on the banks of the Scorff in which it is pleasant to venture.
- The beaches are 40 minutes away by car.
- The communal forest of Lann Bourgeol is home to an orienteering course.
- Kayaking on the Blavet.
- Lorient, a city of art and history and France's second largest fishing port is 30 minutes away by car.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lanvaudan station located 9.5 km away (12 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport located 35 km away (35 minutes by car)
Other remarks :
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided
- Pets accepted for a supplement of €15. Only one pet per stay.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Party or evening on site not allowed.
- For the tranquility and respect of the neighborhood, no noise pollution from 10pm to 7am.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
