Great getaway!

The townhouse was very clean. Enjoyed the back screened in porch. There were a few minor things we notice such as towel rack not secured on the wall in both the mater and 2nd bedroom. No dish soap in kitchen, or shampoo in master. That wasn’t a big deal we had some with us. The shuttle service did take a while to get to us, but again didn’t stop us from having a good time. The property has many amenities to include a nice pool, gym and tennis courts. Plenty to do on the property.

Awesome Place. But Lots of HOA Rules

The property and location were fantastic. Very clean, extremely well appointed and decorated. Our first time staying at Perdido Key. Very safe and family friendly. Lots of YOUNG children so if you want a relaxing poolside experience you’ll have to filter out the many young children;). The only real complaint is the HOA president regularly patrols the streets and pounces on every single micro infraction possible. But it’s a nice place and nice places have rules. So I get it! But still a bit tiresome. The beach is as awesome as all that part of Florida is. The Beach Club staff are very friendly and the food is good. Good restaurants close by also. Would totally recommend, you just need to know the little bit of bad with a whole lot of good.

Absolutely loved it!

The place was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. Excellent location. Great communication with the property manager. The shuttle was nice to take us back and forth to the beach. We will be back!

Great for a relaxing time.

The checkin was amazing. We checked in late because of the weather and the host was so accommodating. The home was amazing and is so close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
