Accommodation poorly maintained. Mold leading to anaphylaxis and night in ER. Host and VRBO not cooperating fully on reimbursement…

We’ve consistently received 5‑star reviews for this property both before and after your stay from Airbnb. It seems the concerns you raised may be related to personal circumstances rather than the home itself to get the refund and live freely for some days, this talk nicely get the refund from the guest as well as VRBO separately, and give the bad reviews. You’re welcome to review all of our guest feedback on Airbnb to see the experience others have had.
