Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash from bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen and place in outside receptacles. Please strip all beds but leave mattress covers and quilts so same can be sanitized.
Please leave used linens at foot of washer in laundry room.
Please out of all trash and recycling ♻️ at curb before leaving. Recyclables must not be bagged. Please leave loose in receptacles. You can mix cardboard with cans/bottles in same receptacles.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please see attached lease for pool/spa/deck rules. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. SPA HEAT MAX 95. POOL HEAT MAX 80. 30 min max spa use-15 min cool down.
VIOLATION OF POOL RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF LEASE AND FORFEITURE OF RENT. ALL CHILDREN 14 OR UNDER MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ADULT.
NO DIVING IN POOL OR SPA. NO WALKING ON OR JUMPING OFF SPA, ROCK WATERFALL. SWIM AT OWN RISK, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. EXTERIOR SURVEIL. CAMERAS IN USE.

The host was very responsive when we had questions and always got back to us with recommendations. The pool was a huge hit with our kids and the adults loved the jacuzzi. The house was clean and there was plenty of space to cook and spread out. We would definitely book again!

We had a great time and loved everything about this home! The backyard is amazing and we really didn’t want to leave it! It was especially nice that it was fenced in so our dog was able to run around and enjoy himself without us having to worry. We also enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful front porch. Location to the beach was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were all a good size. Everything we needed was provided. The host, Kristine, was so very nice and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back!Nancy Wishbow

Much nicer than pictures. Pool was surprisingly the nicest part. Well maintained. Heated. Plenty of chairs. Very close to the beach. Just 3 doors down. Host was incredibly responsive. Plenty of beach Chairs and 10 beach badges and 6 parking spaces on the huge driveway. AC works nicely.4th bedroom in a separate home in back was perfect for my adult son. Great ice cream shop at the end of the block. Will be back!

My high recommendation to BOOK THIS PLACE is counter intuitive to my ability to find availability for my next vacation. Doing the right thing is important!!! Our group was driving in from Pittsburgh and we were allowed early access to the pool prior to checking in, which felt like it extended our vacation by a day! WINNING!! From the moment we did gain access to the house, I felt comfortable and at home. So many “extras” ease the burdens of what to bring for the trip. I loved the spaced out sections of the house- because being together with nine people, all day every day, can be overwhelming. Having your little corner to retreat to is great!!! The house is perfectly situated mid block between the beach and an ice cream shop, which we visited more times than we probably should’ve🤣The town is quaint and walkable and I love that it’s not commercialized! Ta-ta I’m running to book for next summer, before you beat me to it

We love our happy place in the heart of Lavallette proper. Steps from the beach, The Parlor, Colonial Bakery, the Music Man and more. No roads to cross to get to the beach and our parents liked the close proximity to NY and north Jersey. Nothing beats sitting on the porch with a coffee and a piece of crumb cake in the quiet morning, or winding down the day with a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the pool. The house has something for everyone to enjoy.
