Nice and cosy apartment near the slopes and resort center

Located in a quiet area of the resort, our 60 m² apartment is a 5-minute walk from the slopes and shops.
Designed for 4 to 8 people (5 adults and 3 children or 6 adults and 2 children), it is located on the 3rd floor of the residence.
It comprises:
- a large living room with open-plan kitchen
- a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet
- a bedroom sleeping 3 with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet
- a south-facing balcony
- large ski locker with boot dryer
- 1 covered parking space in a secure garage

In detail:
- Large living room: 80 cm flat-screen TV, 2 single beds possible (80 x 190)
- Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 x 200), flat-screen TV
- Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (80 x 190) + 1 pull-out bed (80 x 190)
- Bathroom 1: bath, washbasin, towel dryer
- Bathroom 2: shower, washbasin, towel dryer
- 2 separate WCs
- Large ski locker with boot dryer
- Covered parking space under the residence in a secure garage

Bed linen and towels can be provided as an option.
The price is €30 per person per stay.

Outside school holidays, short stays are possible (minimum 4 nights).

- Non-smoking flat

The residence is quiet and, in order to maintain its tranquillity, ‘party’ stays and groups of young people (under 25) are not permitted.

Great condo near the main chair lifts

Great condo for ski in and ski out on the mountain. Good communication with the owner and concierge - especially when we had issues with the washer/dryer. Rooms are small. Otherwise, good property for our stay.

The apartment is well located for restaurants and bars. We caught the bus to the slopes as very convenient. Apartment was well maintained and everything you needed was there for you. Parking under the building was perfect. Thanks Eric for a great time

Nous étions 5 personnes, l'appartement était magnifique, nous y retournerions volontiers, excellent contact avec les propriétaires, gestion simple avec la conciergerie. Très bien situé pour les pistes, éventuellement louer un casier directement au pied des pistes.

Confortable et calme

Nous avons apprécié le séjour, Eric en tant qu'hôte a toujours répondu très rapidement et informé de manière proactive jusqu'à l'arrivée. Situation très calme. On est à 10 minutes du centre-ville. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux douches. Nous étions sept avec trois enfants. Nous pensons que l'appartement est bien adapté pour 6 personnes.

Bel appartement, bien situé et spacieux

Un très bon séjour chez Éric, l'appartement est très confortable pour 6 personnes il y a de l'espace et est très bien situé. A 5 min à pied des pistes et à 5 minutes du centre de val d'Isère. hôte très réactif et procédures d'entrée et de sortie optimale avec la conciergerie. Une belle semaine. Merci
