THE SPACE
Welcome to our remodeled light and airy condo. Quiet and private this condo sleeps up to 6. New floors, remodeled kitchen plus all new furniture! You will love our open-plan space with comfortable seating and views over the fountain and sunsets. The stylish dining area leads to a fully equipped open plan remodeled kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast to dinner with a stylish white stone counter height breakfast bar. Just off the living area, with comfy seating and big screen smart TV, a private balcony where you will enjoy the fountain playing below, gorgeous sunsets and SeaWorld fireworks.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a pillow-top king, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have pillow-top beds (1 king, the other queen). All bedrooms have overhead fans and smart TVs.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
