Nice appartment in a nice quarter

A comfortable appartment with a good comfort. We had communication problems to solve some problems, because The concierge could not receive my sms messages. The appartment is well situated in the center with a private parking place, but you should be aware that the centre ville is closed to trafic between 10 and 19 so you have to Get out before 10 a clock and you Can get back between 19 and 21 in the evening. If you Can live with this restriction I really Can recommend this appartment and the city as a base for excursions.

Excellente semaine à Dax

Très joli appartement, très bien situé dans le centre de Dax. Parking très pratique avec le téléphone relié aux bornes d'accès à l'hyper centre. Petite ville sympathique avec tous les commerces. Alentours riches pour se divertir.

Appartement tres bien mais quelques deceptions

Bel appartement bien décoré, bel emplacement en rues piétonnes. Grosse déception concernant le parking. Bien mi en avant sous l'intitulé "parking gratuit", l'accès est en fait très limité. L'accès est fermé toute la journée de 10h à 19h et le soir de 21h à 7h du matin. Vous êtes donc bloqué à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur sans possibilité de rentrer ou sortir comme vous le souhaitez. Donc très contraignant. Après nous êtres plaint les propriétaires l'a mentionné dans l'annonce, alors que cela n'y était pas. Je n'ai pas trouvé le procédé très honnête.

Un appartement en centre-ville dans une rue piétonne est effectivement soumis à une contrainte horaire .. l'acces est ouvert de 19 h à 10 h du matin et l'on peut sortir quand on le souhaite même en dehors de ces horaires. Il y a des parkings gratuits à environ 300 mètres de l'appartement. Et de surcroît toutes les places de stationnement qui sont payantes délivrent la premiere heure gratuite. Procédé mahonnête ? Je ne fais pas les règles de stationnement de la Ville de Dax et je l'ai juste mis en avant dés que ce souci m'a été signalé pour que ce fait soit bien visible par les prochaines personnes qui voudraient louer. De temps en temps il faut savoir un peu marcher à pieds ou sinon louer en dehors du centre-ville .. mettre trois étoiles juste a cause d"un acces parking franchement c'est pas vraiment normal .. tout le monde adore l'appartement l"endroit la déco l'aménagement et le parking bien.pratique dans une rue piétonne au centre-ville ..
