Just go stay at just us. It’s hard to say everything that we loved about our stay there. The host was especially gracious and generous and the home itself is so welcoming. What do you want a vacation home to have? It’s there!! Relaxing family time together having fun!!

Perfect lake house

Beautiful home with stunning views and very private! Fantastic location on the lake with proximity to hiking, restaurants and wineries. Home was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Kevin was a wonderful host! Highly recommend his home!

We had a great time on Seneca Lake! Property was clean, beds so comfortable, and all amenities of home. Lakefront porch was great for hanging out with family. Large lakefront with 2 lovely docks and plenty of seating including the prized hammock spot! No natural beach, but we used boat launch for our windsurfers and other water toys. Nice waterfall a short walk from the property. Convenient to Watkin’s Glen for dining / ice cream. Friendly, helpful hosts. We loved our stay!

Backyard Paradise

If you are looking for complete privacy with a stunning view, this is the place for you! Two decks, two docks and a great fire pit allowed us to spend ample time taking in gorgeous Seneca Lake! Our fur baby had the most fun! Easy in and out access enabled him to safely enjoy the water!Kevin was great to work with and was an excellent communicator. We highly recommend this gorgeous lake property.

Adult Family Fun - With our Pets Too

The home is located on the waters edge of Lake Seneca and has the toys to enjoy the water with kayaks and paddle boards. My wife and I, plus our 2 children, their spouses and of course each couple brought their dog too. The home is dog friendly, so please understand what that means. We capped every evening toasting marshmallows and making smores around the fire pit right at the waters edge. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Kevin, the owner of the property. He genuinely wanted to ensure that we had a great experience. He was so responsive to all inquiries we had prior to and during our stay. Basically we didn't leave the property as we fished and played in the water during the days, cooked great meals, had fire fun and naturally played cards into the evening. Thank you Kevin and Gina!

This was our first visit to Seneca lake, two couples who travel quite frequently with each other. The location of the house was perfect! Steps from the water, 2 docks, a fire pit, grills and everything else we could want was at our disposal. The house was immaculate and provided everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. The lake itself is beautiful. Very clear water, just warm enough (barely) to swim in. We rented a boat and took it out several times a day to explore the lake and try to do some fishing. While fishing wasn’t as productive as we had hoped, a great time was had by all on the water. The owner, Kevin and his wife were extremely friendly and very accommodating. If something was working properly, it was taken care of immediately. Their house is very well taken care of and stocked with just about anything one could ask for. All in all, the stay was very relaxing- so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you again, Kevin and family- we truly had an amazing time!

My husband and I spent a week here for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! The house and property are even better in person, and you don't even have to leave to feel like you are on vacation. Between the dock, fire pit, private balcony, and front porch, it was the most relaxing trip we have ever been on. In addition, Kevin, the host, is extremely responsive and helpful, and the house has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Best of all for us, we were able to bring our best buddy Chewbacca (aka Chewie) with us, and the house is close to so many dog-friendly activities. Also, the lake access at the house is great as it gradually deepens. I really could go on and on about this beautiful property!
