📍 This flat is very well located, close to the town centre and the train station, and a stone's throw from all the shops (organic grocery shop, bakery, greengrocers, small supermarket etc) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundry...).
It is located less than 10 minutes from the train station on foot and 5 minutes from the A/B tram, which will connect you to the whole city quickly. The tram E, cleaner, will allow you to move in the south of Grenoble.
Enjoy the Saint-Bruno market from Tuesday to Sunday, 500 metres away.
For students, the flat is less than 10 minutes walk from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM)

🚌 Getting around:
You are close to the Alsace Lorraine stops (Trams A, B and E).

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
