Just a short walk from the Chappy Ferry sitting atop Manaca Hill located on Chappaquiddick Island, is this homey compound with sweeping water views over Edgartown Harbor on out to Cape Pogue. Deeded rights to a private association beach located just a short walk away. The Main House features an upside down layout with living spaces on the second floor designed to take advantage of the water views. The Living Area has a vaulted ceiling, and a wall of glass sliding doors and windows that open to a large, ocean-facing, wraparound deck. The Dining Area and Kitchen also open out to the living area for easy entertaining. The four Main House Bedrooms are on the first level and share a full bath with tub/shower. Upstairs, the TV/Family Room has a full bathroom. The separate Guest Cottage has a one Bedroom suite with full bath. PLEASE NOTE, $1,500 SECURITY DEPOSITE REQUIRED AT SIGNING.

Relaxing & quiet beautiful views.

Chappy is like being on the Vineyard 50 years ago. It is quiet and very relaxing, beautiful beaches and sunsets. You are 10 min from Edgartown. This home is lovely, very well decorated and spacious. You don't have to bring bikes, paddle boards etc, they have everything you need inside and out. The views from the deck are amazing.

A Great Getaway

We have been coming to the area for decades and know our way around and I have to say the house is the perfect location to have some quiet time and still a short distance to catch the Chappy ferry to Edgartown and enjoy all the shopping and food. They took the time to think of providing items guests would need while at the house and for activities such as SUPs, bikes, etc. Chris provided great communication throughout the booking process and during our stay. We plan to stay again!
