Chalet with a view near the slopes

Close to the slopes and quiet, our chalet has been a family holiday destination for about thirty years and it offers a very functional living space. It consists of 2 parts:
The upper floors offer 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds). Each has its own private bathroom with shower (and bathtub for one of the bedrooms).
The living room with open fitted kitchen is spacious and very bright and you can access the balcony terrace (south orientation) as well as another small terrace (east orientation).
The balcony is equipped with an awning, you can take full advantage of it for meals in summer or simply rest on a deckchair contemplating the view of the mountains.
On the ground floor, the second part includes the 5th bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine accessible by a folding wooden staircase. You will find a 120 cm bed for a child/teenager (be careful, the ceiling height being only 1.28m, it cannot offer optimal comfort for an adult, just as it is not recommended to accommodate a small child because the access staircase is very steep).
Spacious entrance hall with large closet to accommodate your belongings.
Bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and cupboards.
Main room with kitchen area and living room. A pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2 80x190).

For skiers, a dedicated space to store ski equipment is available in the garage.

Possibility to rent independently the upper part of the chalet (8pers) or the lower part (5pers).

Sheets and household linen not provided -> Option at 13€ per person (payable on arrival).

. Double rooms (1 & 2): 2 mattresses 140x190, 2 duvets 220x220, 2 square pillows and 2 rectangular pillows.
. Twin bedrooms (3 & 4): 4 mattresses of 90x190, 2 duvets of 145x190, 4 rectangular pillows.
. Double bedroom (5): 1 mattress 140x190, 1 duvet 200x200, 2 rectangular pillows.
. Mezzanine: 1 mattress 120x190, 1 duvet 130x190, 1 square pillow.
. Trundle sofa bed: 2 mattresses of 80x190, 2 duvets of 145x190, 2 rectangular pillows.

NB: this accommodation does not have a washing machine.
It is not possible to charge electric vehicles at the chalet but charging stations are available in the village.
