Reviewer Comments:
The 119 vermillion way home was beautiful. It was well decorated with large rooms and open kitchen and living area.
This home was the perfect set up for our group of moms and teen daughters. It's a new home, very spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the bells and whistles. It was a bit farther from the beach club than we prefer but we utilized the bikes and golf cart to get around. Management was quick to respond to any issue we had and set someone out right away.

This house is beautiful with a great view of the lake and trees. Plenty of room for 4 families with kids. You have access to all of the Watercolor resort amenities - pool, tennis & pickle ball, beach with beach chairs & umbrellas, restaurants, etc. We loved that the house came with a golf cart and bikes for everyone. Great stay!
The home is amazing. The space and decor beautiful. The pool and spa were great and the view of the lake from all the windows were lovely. The customer service was spot on and they were very prompt in their response time. We had no problems with the house and enjoyed the entire space.
Thank you for sharing your home with us!
119 Vermillion in Watercolor is simply spectacular. A spacious, wonderfully decorated property, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood on the back side of Watercolor. The property sits by a beautiful inland waterway, with a private path leading to a dock and remarkable sunsets. The golf cart and bikes kept everyone active. Our Thanksgiving was remarkable and will be long remembered.
Great stay. Another enjoyable Watercolor vacation.
The rental process went very smoothly. Property manager was very responsive.
Property was ready when promised.

House is nice but lots of things to fix. AV outside didn’t work, pool and hot tub controls didn’t work, a lot of doors didn’t close properly, some of the faucets were not working and management was slow to respond. Water was accidentally shut off for a period of time. Remote batteries dead in master. Overall would not return.

I am very sorry to hear that you stay was not to your satisfaction. As the owner of the company I take these issues very seriously. Fortunately our messaging software logs all communication with guests. Your assertion that our staff was slow to respond is wildly inaccurate. You and the person you wanted added to the communication were sent a total of 13 messages none of which were responded to. There were also 3 voicemails left as well.
We informed you that a previous guest had broken 1 faucet and we expedited the shipment so it could be replaced as soon as possible. We worked with the other party in your group to make sure the installation of the faucet took place when it least impacted you and everyone was at the beach. I am very sorry that the plumber forgot to turn the water back on at the street. Based on the messaging logs it took exactly 11 minutes for us to have someone there to turn it back on. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience.
The pool controls and outside tv were working the day you arrived and the day you left and are currently working. There are instructional videos in our app that show you how to use both along with other things in the home. Furthermore, we received exactly zero messages from you or your guest about either issue and would have been more than happy to have someone come walk you through the operation of both. We also would have replaced the batteries in the master had we been alerted.
During our company meeting this morning I was chastising both maintenance and guest relations based on your review. Once they showed me the messaging with timestamps etc, I apologized to them.
I highly recommend thinking about those that it may impact before making completely erroneous accusations. I am happy to provide all messaging logs if there is some confusion.
Again I am very sorry your stay was not to your liking but your review is wildly inaccurate.
