This charming and comfortable accommodation is perfect for your ski vacations.
It is 200 square meters, has a garden and a terrace and can accommodate up to 11 people.
You will stay ideally in a quiet area, close to all amenities and mountain activities.

## Logement
It includes:
+ a well exposed and equipped terrace with bench and table for 10 to 12 people,

+ an entrance with ski locker and a place to store coats and boots,

+ a ground floor with :
- a single bedroom with washbasin and wardrobe,
- a bedroom with a double bed, washbasin, wardrobe and a magnificent view of the Drus,
- a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) which can be joined together, washbasin and wardrobe,
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined together, a washbasin and a wardrobe,
- one bedroom with a bunk bed, washbasin, wardrobe, desk area and small terrace overlooking the garden,
- two shower rooms with washbasins,
- a separate toilet,
- and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

+ one floor with :
- a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine, Fruit press, Toaster, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Raclette and fondue machine, Vacuum cleaner, Mop and Kitchen cupboard, etc.
- a dining room for up to 12 guests, but comfortable for 10;
- a living room with an office area and panoramic view;
- a fireplace with insert to come;
- a beautiful master bedroom with a 180cm bed, wardrobe and balcony and direct access to the bathroom with 2 basins, a bath and a separate toilet.

Other equipment at your disposal: Smart TV, Barbecue, Iron, Hairdryer, ...
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

The exterior of the chalet offers parking for 4 vehicles and has a Tesla plug and a normal plug for your electric vehicles.

- the Richard Bozon Sports Complex (6 minutes away by car),
- the various Chamonix ski schools (about 10 minutes away by car).

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
