Un appartement où il fait bon rester

Vous rentrez avec les courses que vous venez de faire à 5mn à pieds et vous appréciez la fraicheur climatisée de l'appartement. Une fois la chaleur évacuée, vous pouvez aller sur la terrasse ombragée jusqu'au soir. Vous apercevez les bateaux passer dans le golfe d'Ajaccio et les avions partir de l'aéroport, mais ils sont bien silencieux. A la fin de la journée, vous pouvez baisser le store qui vous protège des rayons directs du soleil couchant car la terrasse donne vers l'Ouest. La cuisine et la salle d'eau sont bien pensées et bien équipées. Bref, vous aimerez vous y prélasser.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement. L'appartement très bien équipé et est doté d'une place de parking. Le logement conforme à l'annonce. Encore merci pour les petites attentions.

Un appartement neuf très bien pensé pour un bon séjour

Un appartement tout neuf dans une résidence toute neuve. Meublé avec soin et souci du détail (raclette à douche, douchette ou douche fixe selon l'humeur, rangements très largement dimensionnés, cafetière, plancha électrique, évier et robinetterie Franke, lave-linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, déco sobre, ...), cet appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. Parking on ne peut plus près de l'escalier (ou l'ascenseur), pas de souci pour se garer. Route calme, on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec courant d'air avec le salon ; le non-fonctionnement provisoire de la clim n'est même pas gênant en jouant sur les volets côté soleil. Même s'il fait 33°C la journée dehors, la température reste très agréable dans l'appartement grâce à sa très bonne isolation. Vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio conforme à la photo. Orienté est-ouest. Si vous aimez le moderne, cela devrait vous plaire.
