Beautiful brand new house fully equipped with 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath within an exclusive private area of Las Conchas, assuring privacy and security, just steps away from a not rocky private beach. Perfect to unwind and to be away from city bustle. It has all the comforts, living area, dinning area, spacious stocked kitchen, BBQ area, garage parking and smart lock for easy accessibility.

The Space:
Make your self at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. bath towels, beach towels, bathroom amenities, board games and much more. Relaxation abounds!

-The master bedroom features extremely comfortable king size bed, nightstands, spacious closet, a big mirror and smart tv with Netflix.

-The second bedroom has a comfy king size bed, nightstands, spacious closet, a big mirror and smart tv with Netflix.

-The third bedroom is nicely furnished with two twin size bed, nightstands, spacious closet, a big mirror and

-The kitchen has nice wood cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, and stove. You will find all the dinnerware, serving ware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, ground coffee and even chef service if needed (extra cost) to make your stay very pleasant. The house has living room with a 50' smart tv and dining area with a beautiful wooden table set to sit 6.

Also, the house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach chairs, beach towels, BBQ grill, ice cooler and a wagon to carry things to the beach.

Make yourself at home you have the entire house to enjoy.

Nice and new

This is a nice new home. I knew it was not right on the beach but it is only a short 1 block walk to a pathway to the beach. Couple of things we needed, cutting board and wine glasses. There is salt but that is about it, so be sure to bring you own spices if you plan on cooking. They do have coffee filters :) Internet was a bit difficult, our personal devices would not recongize the wifi and the TV in the bedroom would not connect, but not a big deal. The TV in the living room did connect. Overall a good place for a short visit.

Ocean view not all there

House is very nice n clean but I think if it had terrace upstairs would be nicer to see ocean drinking coffe in the morning.

Awesome

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Close to the beach. Far enough to have some quiet time to relax. Big kitchen, with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, washer & dryer . Overall Wonderfull!!
