Great place, beautiful home and ideal access to the area. Perfect for our beach plans. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of amenities, pool was perfect size and temperature for evening dip. Highly recommend staying here!

House and host were perfect. Very clean home and pool. Has a nice gas grill and is well stocked with all the necessities. Close to many different beaches and attractions. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

An overall great experience. The house was nice and clean just as the pictures suggest. A great location on a nice quiet street. House had Everything that you could possibly need other than food. The host was great to work with and check in & out was a breeze. Would certainly stay here again!

Location is close to anything you could want for food, groceries or adventures. Pool and beach days are extremely easy with this location. Parking is a driveway on a safe road. We recommend this place to families.

We just wrapped up our second stay here and we absolutely love it! The accommodations as listed and close to everything. Sandy goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you can possibly need! I'll highlight that the home is incredibly clean, spacious, great bedroom set ups, and the pool is a great feature. Thanks Sandy for another great vacation stay!

We had a great month stay in Seminole. We had a few chilly days so the heated pool was an added bonus. The house was very clean and the host was great. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard.

The PERFECT vacation home: an actual home away from home. It has everything that you need and things you did not even think you needed. The host was great with communicating and making sure all of our needs were met. Sand Key Beach was a 20 minute drive and if you didn’t want to leave the house, the pool is perfect! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this true showstopper of a home. The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house was spotless, warm, and welcoming, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Extremely comfortable—we would absolutely stay here again.

This is an excellent place for families. We were traveling and wanted to be nearer the St Pete/Clearwater Airport and also wanted to explore a little. We found this gem of a place. Checkout was so welcoming. It seemed like old friends welcoming you. There is everything that you might need. Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach as well as snorkels, sand shovel, etc. There is a cupboard in the kitchen with spices, sugar, coffee, etc. Plenty of hot water and places to sit outside to be away from the activity. There is also a pool which my grandkids really enjoyed. You cannot stay anywhere better.There is easy access to shopping and the beach. Owner is local so your questions are answered quickly.

Great Winter Getaway
