Perfect family getaway

My family and I rented this condo last minute. The listing was 100% accurate plus more. Upon arrival my kids instantly found the play food and kitchen and had a ball while dad and I unpacked. The pool was great, loved the sun shelf! Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Easy access to downtown for beaches and shops. We definitely plan to come back!

Perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the area in general. This was our (me, my husband and our four daughters- 13, 6, 5 and 3) first time in Delaware. We usually visit a different state each year and this was the first time ive loved a place so much id consider coming back next year! The condo is in a newer, safe, gated community. All the neighbors we met were so friendly. The pool was perfect for young and old, with nice bathrooms. Also it was never overly crowded. Its very close to restaurants and tons of shopping. The beaches are a 15ish minute drive depending on the time and day. There were some toys and books in the kids room which they loved. I loved the plants all around the place. It made it feel homey :) My only complaint was the construction on the road which caused quite long traffic jams but that is to no fault of the host. Would visit again! Quite complex - close to everything

We loved this property. It was very clean, well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. Kids enjoyed crabbing off the docks and swimming in the pool. Within 10 min drive to almost anything you could want to do.

Just as pictured! Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is new, clean, just as pictured. We loved the beautiful accommodations, location near the bay and pool. Short drive to shopping and beaches, away from the hustle and bustle! The condo had many amenities and supplies provided, however, make sure to bring extra toilet paper, Kleenex, laundry detergent and trash bags. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Quaint & Squeaky Clean

This place is terrific as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and found that the layout of the unit was convenient and well planned. The place seems like it is brand new and was spotless. Access to the water and pool were awesome. Thank you.
