Cozy Rehoboth Beach Flat with Deck in Town of Rehoboth Beach

Come visit us in Rehoboth Beach just minutes to the beach and a half block to Rehoboth Ave.

Thank you for inquiring about our vacation property in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I am renting the second floor during the 2026 season. The flat is four blocks from the ocean (about 1 mile or 16-20 minute walk) and two blocks from downtown Rehoboth Beach.

The unit sleeps four. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other small bedroom has a double bed. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided. The master bedroom has CATV and DVD/VCR and the living room has CATV, DVD/VCR, Comcast wireless & wired internet capabilities.

The unit has one full bath, a full kitchen with utensils, a deck, an outside shower, a washer and dryer located outside under the deck, and off-street parking for one or two cars. A parking permit for the City of Rehoboth Beach is also available.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed. There is a $125 cleaning fee. When booking there is a 50% deposit required and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to reservation.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus the $100 cancellation fee. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

FYI: When cancelling your stay VRBO will not credit back your service fee that they charge when booking your stay.

Fantastic location in a friendly neighborhood a short walk into town. The apartment is set away from the street with a quiet porch. The interior feels like a classic beach cottage with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of parking and a short drive to the beach. The beach pass was much appreciated. Coffee shop 2 minute walk but excellent filter coffee maker available.

This location is a great value if you want to stay in downtown rehoboth and aren’t worried about a super modern house with all the updates. It had everything you need, it’s just not fancy - which is exactly what I personally want out of a beach house.Short walk to Dogfish, walkable to the beach and boardwalk if you’re willing, and a nice short drive otherwise. It was the perfect size for my family of 3 - anything more than that would probably be cramped, but you could make it work.

This spot is just the right size for our family of three. The apartment is clean and has the basics for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the parking pass, which allows you to park close to the beach and boardwalk. This was our second stay at this spot and we’ll be back again!

Family of four: we would recommend and stay there again.The Pros: 1. The price. It is a great value. 1a. The property was very clean. Bed sheets, kitchen, bathrooms - all very clean. 2.The location was great. It was on the West end of downtown Rehoboth Ave and back a short block or two (Right off the main strip). It was about .9 miles from the beach. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the beach/broadwalk, with light sidewalk traffic and a brisk walk. 3. The parking is great. There was parking on the property and you dont have to worry about parking on the street. There was also a parking pass at the property that we could use to drive closer to the beach and not pay for parking, which saved a lot of money because parking can be up to 6 / hr. That was a nice bonus. 4. The A/C worked good in hot weather. 5. Good TV package and wi-fi speed.The cons (and the pros certainly out weigh the cons): 1. The beds were a little uncomfortable. 2. The property is a little dated (but everything worked as it should). I don't even hold the fact that it is dated too important because it is one of the better deals we found, so the owner probably takes this into consideration. The property is as advertised. TVs have been nicely updated since the pictures.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach

This has become our favorite place to stay. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but the shuttle bus stop is nearby. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Home Base for Beach Trip

This property was the perfect size for our family of three during our beach trip. Very clean! We appreciated the available washer and dryer. The Rehoboth Beach parking pass made parking in town convenient. We would definitely stay again!
