This family-friendly getaway is within a short walking distance of two public beach access points, the Topsail Town Center, delicious restaurants, unique shops, and fun activities for all ages!

Lil'TipSea offers guests a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, air conditioning, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, linens & toiletries, board games, and outdoor seating to enjoy. This cozy, family-friendly beach rental accommodates 1-4 guests comfortably. There is a Pack 'n Play for additional sleeping spaces for little ones.

Lil'TipSea is located on the south end of Topsail Island offering guests convenience and a surplus of options at their fingertips! This North Carolina beach rental is a short walk to two public beach access points, Empie and Haywood (0.2 miles from Lil'TipSea). Experience other family-friendly walkable attractions including, the Island's famous Jolly Roger Pier and 1950's Roller Rink, Topsail Beach Town Center, Bush Marina, and Topsail Surf and Cycle. Enjoy local dining options from delicious donut shops to fresh seafood and family-owned eateries!

Inside Lil'TipSea:

Enjoy a private entrance, full kitchen, living room, full bath, two queen beds, linens and towels included, & a driveway large enough for your boat. There is a Pack 'n Play for additional sleeping spaces for little ones.

Lil'TipSea is located in the heart of historic Topsail Beach between two public beach accesses (Empie & Haywood) with parking, a short .2 miles (3-5 min) walk from the house.

Bringing a boat? Put in at Bush Marina a few blocks south. Don't have a boat? A local captain in the neighborhood offers sunset cruises and charters to a barrier island that leaves from The Breezeway Dock.

What should you bring or know?
Our no-pets policy is strict.

Guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement, provide a valid government ID, and provide a refundable security deposit that will be held on a card starting the day before your reservation and released 2-5 days after checkout if no damage is found. Please ask if there are any questions during this process; this is compliant with NC law and all booking platforms' rules. Failure to sign the agreement, provide the ID, or provide a security deposit is grounds for the reservation to be canceled at no plenty to the host.

Most relaxing vacation getaway we all have had in a while. Very welcoming community. People were very friendly. Beaches were fantastic and water was blue and warm. Even saw a baby turtle make it to the ocean. Rental was very comfortable and clean. Host was fantastic and addressed all our needs. Very nice individual!

1st Trip to Topsail

This was the first trip to Topsail for my wife and I as well as our one year old son’s first time at the beach. The property location really couldn’t have worked out better, it’s right by a public access and a short drive to any restaurant. This property was cozy for the three of us. We had excellent and fast communication with the owner and the check in process was a breeze. We did forget to sign the guestbook :( Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Great location but mold & pests

The house smells of mold has an air freshener running at all times. We found 3 cockroaches while cleaning up and packing this am. Their is no toaster and minimal supplies. My hubby has a mold allergy and was sick the entire time. I took photos and sent to vrbo. There was no directions or lists helping new comers to this location.

A fun end of summer trip

This house was perfect for a trip with my 7 year old granddaughter. We travel to Topsail twice a year and the size and location were perfect. I appreciated the comfortable beds, the quality sheets and towels provided and the many kitchen extras to include bottled waters, sugar, tea, and seasonings. The streaming devices available on the tv was also a plus as was the short walk to the beach and nearby shops.

Cozy and comfortable

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach made it very easy to go back and forth for lunch and morning runs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We ate in every meal but one and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, even had plastic dishes with lids to save left overs. Sara was quick to respond or help with any questions we had. She also thought of little touches that were very helpful like labels on the light switches and plenty of room for charging your devices. We will definitely come back in the future.
