Bad experience- 1st visit to Dallas

Unfortunately the rental did not live up to it's reviews. We asked to check in a bit earlier but they said we couldn't because it was being cleaned. First night there, the toilet handle broke. The next day they said they would be there at 4pm but arrived after 6pm. We were not there when they came. Very unsettling. Did a poor job fixing it. Did not adjust chain, so it would not flush properly. It kept hitting the lid to toilet. We had to remove lid in order to flush. Found trash under rug in living room and dirty dishes in cabinets. Blinds on windows were broken, squeaky bed & old water in dryer (non venting dryer). We decided to leave 2 nights early because all of it became annoying. We paid for something and did not get what we paid for. This was very disappointing.

Great Apartment

Easy access in and out. Comfortable furnishings and appointed adequately. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located for a base to visit Dallas.

It was a bit tricky to get in as we arrived near dark in a rainstorm and could not locate the proper lockbox, we waited for someone going out to get through the gate. Covered parking space is conveniently in front of unit but it will be difficult to get around your vehicle if you have a large vehicle. The apartment is quiet and comfortable enough but the owner needs to look after a few small maintenance issues. We would nevertheless use again as a base. Having a little patio was nice, on a few warm days we had lunch in the midday winter sun.
