It’s very simple. You can enter the premises independently for your convenience using the key box. The procedure will be provided to you later for a smooth arrival.

Please respect the property and the neighborhood. Your stay takes place in a home, not a hotel.

Upon departure, please leave the premises in good condition, as when you arrived: empty the trash into the designated bins, close the windows, turn down the heating, and switch off the lights.

In case of any problem, our team will endeavor to take immediate action, but please note that there is no staff on site.

Cleaning is provided to restore the property, including professional cleaning of the premises and laundry. This does not include washing dishes, disposing of various waste, deodorizing, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. An additional charge of €25 will apply for extra cleaning costs.

Bed linens and towels are provided: changes during your stay are available upon request with an extra charge.

An additional cleaning service is available for €50 and must be requested before your arrival.

You will find supplies for your arrival. Products needed for the remainder of your stay will be at your own expense.

Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost and subject to availability.

Failure to comply with the house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors regardless of their source, etc.) will incur an additional €50 management fee.

Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with current legal regulations. Their use is intended only for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. If we detect excessive consumption, such as usage not consistent with the number of guests, reimbursement for incurred costs will be requested.
