The only reason my husband and I could get away was if we could stay in contact with our jobs. Under Amenities, the first thing listed is "internet". This is a lie. There is no internet at this cabin, which caused us both problems with our work. Also, there are huge gaps around the living room sliding glass door that let in stink bugs and rain. And, when we got in the hot tub, there were brown bubbles everywhere. We immediately got out and never used it again. Though the view is beautiful, this cabin is not as advertised.

Jane, we're truly sorry for the trouble you experienced with not having internet access at the cabin as anticipated. We take pride in ensuring our properties are advertised accurately, and we are grateful for you bringing this to our attention. The cabin does not have internet, and the listing has since been corrected. We appreciate your feedback and will pass the information along to the correct departments to look into the other concerns promptly. We're happy that you could enjoy the beautiful views of the Smokies, and we do hope to host a more enjoyable stay for you in the future.
Urgent Resolution Needed: Access Denied and No Support Provided
We were excited to stay at one of the properties listed on VRBO, expecting a relaxing getaway for a wedding we were attending as groomsmen. Unfortunately, our experience turned into a complete nightmare right from the start. Upon arrival, the door code provided to us did not work, effectively barring us from entering the property we had booked and paid for.
Despite numerous attempts to contact VRBO for immediate assistance, our pleas for help went unanswered. With no alternative accommodations provided and standing stranded, we had no choice but to seek last-minute lodging elsewhere, significantly disrupting our travel plans and budget.
What has been even more disheartening is VRBO's subsequent refusal to acknowledge their role in this debacle. Requests for intervention and a refund due to this clear service failure have been ignored, leaving us both out of pocket and immensely frustrated.
This review serves as a public appeal for VRBO to take responsibility, rectify this injustice, and ensure no other customer has to endure such an unfortunate experience. We are still awaiting a fair resolution and hope that this review will prompt VRBO to finally address our concerns.

Aaron, we're sorry to hear you were unable to access the cabin the night you were due to check in, we know that must have been frustrating. We're glad you reached out to us the next day, and we advised for you to contact VRBO regarding canceling. We do hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Over all our stay was ok. The images are misleading. I thought the bathroom with the tub was in the second room but its not both the tubs are in one bedroom. Also the hot tub was dirty and only half full. When I contacted the company they said they sent someone to address the issue but they did not as far as we could tell. The jacuzzi tub's water came out in a small stream and would have take a very long time to fill up. And lastly we got food to cook for breakfast and there was not any frying pans so we had to cook everything in pots. But over all it was an ok stay for a last minute booking, but I will probably not go through this company in the future.
