Enjoy your own private 550 Square foot cottage steps from the beach. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The third room has two XL Twin fold up mattress cots and a large capacity washer and dryer. Only one of the cots can actually fit in the room. The other cot, on wheels can fit in the main space. The open concept kitchen/living room space is well equipped for gatherings. Watch fireworks every Wednesday night of the Summer, just seven steps from the cottage.

The property was absolutely adorable! It was extremely clean, incredibly well organized, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable, too.The location was perfect—right across the street from the beach, but far enough away from the busy section of Hampton Beach that it was very quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Family & I loved it, quite place to stay.Far enough from the Bar's but just right from the strip. Which was enjoyed by all.Walking into the Plum Place - Dog Friendly, Steps from the beach was very clean, with a very nice Vibe anyone can love... had everything we needed for our stay & if not you can get what you need in under 30min, & we will be looking to book again

We stay in Hampton every summer, and this was one of my favorite places we’ve rented. The property was clean, updated, and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cleaning supplies, paper products, and plenty of utensils and plates. The beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and large, fluffy bath towels are provided, along with beach gear on the front porch.Brenda and Marc were extremely responsive, even when messages came late at night or while they were out of town. It’s a very quiet block with the beach right across the street and within walking distance of the boardwalk. The back patio includes a grill, a convenient hose-off area, and a large Connect Four.We were also able to fit a large pickup truck in the parking area.The cottage is tucked away behind The Breakers Motel, so you won’t see it from the road.

The location was what we needed traveling with our dog. Walking distance to everything. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better but overall it was perfect for our last minute getaway.

This was such a cute place in a great location for Hampton Beach. Cleaner, quieter area that was away from the craziness but close to the beach. The setup of the home was great with the two bedrooms, pullout couch and extra beds. Lots of extra linens, towels, utensils, appliances - everything you probably need and a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer! We came on some extremely hot days and the portable ac did a great job cooling the place down. The place was extremely clean. The owners were very responsive and were very helpful. The only negative, which is not truly a negative, was that the place really only had one parking space, but that is always an issue at Hampton Beach. It’s just something to be aware of. We had a great stay here.
