The house and location were perfect. Plenty of room with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location was great! We were attending a wedding with lots of events in different locations, and this house was centrally located for all the places we needed to go!

The place has everything you need from cookware to a crib and play pen and a high chair. They really know what people might need when it comes to preparing for guest. The putting green was fun but the hot tub, oh man! From someone who works on their feet all day it is just what was needed to relax! The host was very attentive and was quick to respond. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

This place was so good from so far, but so far from so goodThe photos make this home look great. It is not. We booked two nights and wanted to leave the moment we walked in.Filthy on arrival:•Food in every crack of the kitchen floor; baseboards clearly never wiped•Carpet so crunchy we made the kids keep their shoes on inside•Pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived•Hot tub was serviced day two and left so over-chlorinated we couldn’t sit outside without gagging and burning eyesCheap and broken:•Furniture and beds are run-down; the whole place feels like a Cracker Jack box•Master bath sink shoots water over the basin onto you and the floor•TVs never mounted — stands sit so low you can’t see the screen from bed•Minimal kitchen amenities, shoddy cabinets and paintHidden cost: Not stated in the listing — at check-in you’re forced to either pay 60 nonrefundable “insurance” or put down a 460 hold. Total surprise.Rude communication: Repeated, insulting messages before arrival, demanding again and again that I confirm I understood.

We strongly disagree with the characterization that the home was “filthy” or misrepresented. None of the cleanliness concerns listed in your review were reported to us during your stay, which gave us no opportunity to inspect, verify, or address them while you were at the property. Likewise, no concerns regarding the pool or hot tub were reported during the reservation. These issues only surfaced afterward in the review, despite us not being given any opportunity to investigate or resolve them during the stay. As for the security requirement, this is part of the disclosed booking process and is not a hidden charge added unexpectedly at check-in. We take legitimate feedback seriously, but presenting an extensive list of cleanliness, pool, hot tub, and maintenance concerns only after checkout creates a misleading impression that we ignored issues that were never actually brought to our attention.

Comfortable Stay

It was easy for all 5 of us to have our own space and rest and recover during our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. When the power went out one morning, the maintenance team was responsive and fixed the issue quickly. The home is very well located. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The pool was refreshing, beds comfy and the house was clean with super cute, fun decor. There are several restaurants that deliver locally, so you never have to even leave for meals. Our questions were responded to quickly by the host. We look forward to returning again soon.

Great family get away.

We spent a few summer days - my wife and I and our 2 young adult sons - for a family get away. We were looking for a place with a pool, and this was perfect. The pool was great. We enjoyed cooking and having meals together. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing we were not aware of - is that the house is on a pretty busy street. We had a great time at this property.

Excellent Stay!!!

This property was perfect for our large group of eight. We were in town to bury our dear oldest brother. The space was large enough for each of us to feel comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with needed accommodations including a Keurig for much needed morning coffee. The property manager communications was quick and accommodating. Loved our stay!
