AT144 Nova Torredembarra: Two bedroom apartment situated in the residential complex 'Nova Torredembarra', at a short distance from the beach 'Els Muntanyans' in Torredembarra. The accommodation is very well equipped with air conditioning/heat pump in all rooms, dishwasher and glass-ceramic cooktop. The apartment has a dining/living room with a terrace (equipped with garden furniture), a kitchen, a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a second bathroom. The rental price also includes a private parking space. Enjoy the lovely shared area, which has a large grass garden, a swimming-pool (open from May to October) and a playground for children. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und auf der Anlage sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist schön. Super Aufteilung und ein toller Blick vom Balkon. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Töpfe könnten allerdings mal ausgetauscht werden. Sauberkeit war OK. In der ein oder anderen Ecke hätte man sauberer putzen können und die Klobürsten müssten dringend gewechselt werden. Alles in allem aber eine tolle Wohnung in der man es 2 Wochen sehr gut aushalten kann. Großer Pluspunkt ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (passt auch mit Dachbox) und die Klimaanlage. Fazit: Sehr gerne noch Mal.
